Tony Forhan brings a diverse background and a straightforward, people-first approach to property management. Before entering real estate, he served in the United States Air Force and studied psychology, experiences that shaped his approach to communication and problem-solving. He spent part of his childhood in Germany as an Army brat and speaks some German and Spanish.

Tony began his career in radio and television marketing in Portland and Alaska. His family owned Tree and Sea Realty, a large California real estate company, which gave him early exposure to the importance of reputation, relationships, and service in real estate.

After relocating to Oregon, Tony and Elsie founded Bridge City Properties together. Both became licensed real estate professionals, and Tony has maintained his Oregon real estate license since 2008. He has worked to build a company grounded in personal service, practical expertise, and long-term relationships.

His philosophy is to be knowledgeable, transparent, and straightforward while finding workable solutions. He enjoys helping owners, residents, and vendors navigate the complicated situations that arise in property management. His goal is to handle every situation professionally and fairly, keep learning, and provide the best service possible.

Joshua Galloway is a licensed property manager with Bridge City Properties, LLC. A graduate of Oregon State University, he spent 22 years in healthcare management before bringing his experience in leadership, communication, and working with people to property management.

Joshua’s primary focus is tenant relations. He believes good property management starts with treating people with respect. While property management is a business, the properties we manage are also places our residents call home. He strives to be approachable, responsive, and fair, with an emphasis on clear communication and practical solutions.

His years in healthcare management taught him the importance of listening, understanding different perspectives, and helping people navigate stressful or complicated situations. Joshua brings that same philosophy to Bridge City Properties and takes pride in building positive relationships with residents through professionalism, consistency, and mutual respect.

Angela Lee supports the Bridge City Properties team as Executive Assistant, drawing on a career spanning a wide range of assistant and executive support roles. Precise and dependable in her work, she helps the team stay organized and handles day-to-day needs with care.

Originally from Schenectady, New York, Angela grew up in San Jose, California, surrounded by a large family and proud of her Italian roots. As the spouse of a U.S. Army veteran who served for 24 years, she understands the value of service, resilience, and showing up for others.

Angela is the proud mother of three sons and grandmother of eight. She works hard and treasures time with her family. Her warmth and bright spirit bring joy to the office, while her attention to detail helps keep the team moving forward.

As Maintenance Manager and Coordinator at Bridge City Properties, Jesse Fidler helps turn maintenance needs into organized work. He coordinates repair requests, schedules the people carrying out the work, and follows up as issues move toward resolution.

His role connects residents, owners, vendors, and the field team. By keeping track of the details and communicating next steps, Jesse helps the team respond to problems and care for the properties entrusted to Bridge City Properties.
